摘要
研究车削加工直径尺寸形成机理,简化工艺系统尺寸链,得出三瞬心法预测工件加工精度的理论模型;在对工艺系统误差检测与辩识的基础上,实现对虚拟车削加工 (一次进刀级)工件的精度预报,其结果与实际加工测量误差可控制在 10%以内.
According to the formative principle of workpiece diameter for turning, the be instantaneous method is presented, which serves as theory model for predicting accuracy of machined workpiece. With the help of measuring and identifying for error of special machining system. the accuracy prediction of virtual machining is realized. The experimental results are shown to validate the predicting model.
