摘要
自密实混凝土发明以来,以其良好的工作性能和力学性能在土木建筑工程领域得到广泛应用。采用改进全计算法配制C60自密实混凝土,并测试坍落度、坍落扩展度、T50流动时间、筛分析等工作性能参数。进行了立方体抗压强度、立方体劈裂抗拉强度、棱柱体抗折强度等力学性能随龄期变化的试验研究与拟合,在此基础上分析了自密实混凝土抗压强度随龄期变化趋势及劈拉强度与抗压强度的关系,为自密实混凝土推广应用提供依据。
Self-compacting concrete was widely used in civil engineering construction with its superexcellent workability and perfect mechanical properties since its invention.Mix designs of self compacting concrete were calculated using the modified overall calculation method.Workability properties were tested and compared using the parameter of slump, slump extension degree, T50 lowing time, and sieve analysis.Mechanical properties of the cube compressive strength, the cube splitting tensile strength and the prism flexural strength at different ages were tested, regressed and analyzed.On basis of this, the relationship between the compressive strength and the ages, and the relationship between the compression strength and the splitting tensile strength were analyzed and discussed.The results provided good references for self-compacting concrete applications in engineering.
