摘要
对利用矿山尾砂废石配制C50泵送混凝土进行了试验研究。研究结果表明:利用全尾砂细砂和废矿石粗细骨料完全代替天然砂石骨料、矿渣微粉和粉煤灰及缓凝型聚羧酸高效减水剂配制水泥用量为330 kg/m(3总胶凝材料用量为472 kg/m3)的混凝土拌合物的坍落度达220 mm,其终凝时间达20 h(适合大体积混凝土连续施工);7 d强度达到了36 MPa,28 d强度达到62 MPa,各项性能指标满足工程设计要求。该项目的技术特点是通过试验确定1 m3混凝土中骨料最大用量(即骨料空隙率最小)和满足强度等级的水胶比,从而确定了总胶凝材料的最小用量,并通过绝对体积法计算出胶凝材料各组成用量及用水量。
The text study of preparing C50 pump concrete by using mine tailings and waste rock was carried on.The results showed that the concrete with 330 kg/m3 cement (the total amount of cementitious material was 472 kg/m3) and the mixture's slump up to 220 mm and its final setting time up to 20 h (suitable for mass concrete continuous construction) ;and 7 d and 28 d compressive strength of 36 MPa and 62 MPa respectively was prepared by the fine sand in full tail sand and waste rock aggregates completely replacing natural sand and gravel aggregates,slag powder and fly ash and retarding polycarboxylate superplasticizer, and the performance indicators meeted the design requirements ,The project's technical features were that the maximum amount of aggregate in 1 m3 concrete (that porosity in aggregates was up to minimum) and the water cement ratio meeting compressive strength grades were determined and the minimum amount of total cementitious materials was determined and the usage of each cementitious material and water consumption were calculated by absolute volume method.
