轻薄型金属摆锤式破碎过程试验研究

Test study on pendulum comminution process of light and thin metal scrap

摘要 轻薄型回收金属在设备中破碎的初始过程为:在锤尖作用区域,材料首先产生了和锤尖形状相同的球状隆起变形,锤头的持续作用使该区域变形不断增大,直至试件失稳破坏;同时在材料的其他区域,还产生了不同形式的弯曲变形。分析计算结果表明,锤尖几何尺寸及运行轨迹是导致不对称失稳破坏的主要因素。 Initial comminution process of light and thin metal scrap in equipments is as below: in action zone of the hammer tip, the test sample first generates knobbed deformation the same as the hamper tip, and then the deformation continuously enlarges under unceasing impact of the hammer until the test sample failed; meanwhile, various bending deformation generated in other zones of the test sample. The analysis and calculation results showed that the geometric dimensions and motion trajectory of the hammer tip were the main factors causing asymmetric instable failure.
