摘要
活性粉末混凝土(RPC)是近年来研制出的一种新型超高性能水泥基材料,具有很高的强度、韧性和耐久性。采用正交试验的方法,研究水胶比、砂胶比、硅灰和粉煤灰掺量对RPC强度的影响。研究结果表明,RPC抗压强度的影响因素次序依次为水胶比、硅灰掺量、粉煤灰掺量及砂胶比;当水胶比为0.14、硅灰掺量为18%、粉煤灰掺量为20%、砂胶比为1/1.2时,可配制强度极高的RPC。
Reactive powder concrete (RPC) is a new type of ultra-high performance cement-based ma- terial, which is developed in recent years and has very high strength, toughness and durability. The effect of water-binder ratio, sand-binder ratio, the content of silica fume and fly ash on the strength of RPC is studied in this paper by using the orthogonal experiment method. The test results show that the influence factors of RPC compressive strength in order are water-binder ratio, content of silica fume, content of fly ash and sand-binder ratio; the RPC with very high stenrgth can be prepeared with water-binder ratio of O. 14, content of silica fume of 18%, content of fly ash of 20% and sand-binder ratio of 1/1.2.
