摘要
目的:应用TCT(thinprep cytologic test)技术分析适龄女性宫颈疾病的患病情况,评价TCT技术的临床应用价值。方法:收集2010月12月～2011年11月该院10 539例女性的TCT检查结果,均按TBS分级系统标准做出诊断,对TCT发现上皮内瘤变且自愿作阴道镜活检的患者,将检查结果按年龄分为5组进行统计分析。结果:TCT检查结果与组织活检的符合率高,40～49岁组宫颈上皮内瘤变的患病率高于其他年龄组(P<0.05),29岁以下组患病率有增高趋势。结论:TCT是宫颈疾病监测的有效方法;宫颈疾病的高发年龄是40～49岁,并有年轻化趋势,应普及筛查。
Objective： To analyze the prevalence of cervical diseases in women with Thinprep cytology test （TCT） , and evaluate the clinical application value of TCT. Methods： The results of TCT in 10 539 women from the hospital from December 2010 to November 2011 were collected, then diagnosis was obtained based on criteria of Bethesda system, the patients who were found with cervical intraepithe- lial neoplasia （CIN） and received colposcopic biopsy voluntarily were divided into five groups according to age for statistical analysis. Re- sults ： The coincidence rate of TCT and biopsy was high, the prevalence rate of CIN in 40 - 49 - year - old group was statistically significant- ly higher than those in the other age groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , the prevalence rate of TCT in women under 29 years old showed an increasing trend. Conclusion ： TCT is an effective method to monitor cervical diseases, the peak age of onset of cervical diseases is 40 - 49 years, and there is a younger trend, which should be popularized.
