摘要
幼儿园教师问题关注的发展不是线性的模式,而是伴随着对"与同事、领导间的关系""幼儿—教学需要""管理—政策"和"自我生存与发展"等问题的关注层次的变化呈螺旋式上升的模式,其中从一个阶段到另一个阶段的发展是通过"筛选——(忽略)——调节——再关注"的脉络反复循环作用而实现的。从幼儿园教师问题关注变化的视角,可以构建一种"既可信又可爱"的幼儿园教师专业发展阶段理论。
It was found that kindergarten teachers' concerns develop following a spiral mode][ rather than a liner one along with different levels of the four concerns, such as concerns of relationships with colleague and parents, task and children's need, administration and policy, self survival and development. The teachers should go through a cyclic process of "screening--neglecting--adapting--refocusing" from one professional development stage to another.
