摘要
目的:观察补肾安神胶囊治疗糖尿病合并抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将伴有抑郁症的糖尿病患者60例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,在糖尿病常规治疗基础上,对照组予氟西汀20 mg,1次/d口服,治疗组予补肾安神胶囊0.5 g,3次/d,口服。疗程12周,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表进行疗效评定,并观察治疗前后血糖、糖化血红蛋白的变化。结果:治疗组与对照组均能改善患者抑郁症状及血糖水平,其中餐后2 h血糖治疗效果治疗组(9.90±2.81)mmol.L-1优于对照组(10.85±2.16)mmol.L-1(P<0.05)。结论:补肾安神胶囊可有效改善糖尿病合并抑郁患者的抑郁症状及血糖水平,临床疗效满意。
Objective：To observe the efficacy of Bushen Anshen capsule in treating diabetes mellitus complicating depression. Method： Sixty cases of diabetes complicating depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. On the basis of the conventional treatment of diabetes, the control group was given oral fluoxetine and the treatment group received oral Bushen Anshen capsule for 12 weeks. Before and after the treatment,the clinical effect were evaluated separately with hamilton depression（HAMD）,fasting blood glucose（FBG）,postprandial blood glucose （PBG） and glycosylated hemoglobin A（HbA1C）. Result： Both treatment group and control group could relieve the depressive symptoms, decrease the blood glucose level.There was significant difference of PBG between treatment group and control group. Conclusion： Bushen Anshen capsule is effective in treating diabetes mellitus complicating depression.
