摘要
采用失重法、电化学方法和扫描电镜等方法,研究了硅酸盐类夹杂物对X70管线钢耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,加入稀土后能改变夹杂物成分,提高X70钢耐腐蚀性能。在观察稀土对珠光体片层间距影响的基础上,分析了珠光体片层间距与腐蚀电流密度的关系。
The effects of silicate inclusions on the corrosion resistance of X70 pipeline steel were analyzed by weight loss method, ectrochemical method and SEM. The results show that adding RE La-Ce changed the composition of inclusions, and thus improved corrosion resistance of X70. On the basis of the observation the effects of RE on the interlamellar spacing of pearlite, the relation between corrosion current density and the interlamellar spacing was also discussed.
