摘要
目的对丁茄全草60%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分进行化学成分研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、制备薄层和重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱技术对单体化合物进行结构鉴定。结果分离鉴定了12个苯丙素类化合物,分别鉴定为N-反式阿魏酰酪胺(1),N-对反式香豆酰酪胺(2),丁香树脂酚(3),松柏醇(4),楝叶吴萸素B(5),erythro-1,2-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1,3-propanediol(6),蛇菰宁(7),simulanol(8),山橘脂酸(9),threo-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-{4-[(E)-3-hydroxy-1-propenyl]-2-me-thoxyphenoxy}-1,3-propanediol(10),tribulusamide A(11),咖啡酸(12)。结论化合物1~12为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物5~10为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Solanum surattense. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by recrystallization and column chromatography over silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and PTLC. The struc- tures were determined based on physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as N-trans-feruloyltyramine ( 1 ), N-p-trans-coumaroyltyramine ( 2 ) , syringaresinol ( 3 ), coniferol ( 4 ), evofolin B ( 5 ), 1,2-bis (4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) -1,3- propanediol ( 6 ) , balanophonin ( 7 ), simulano! ( 8 ), glycos- misic acid ( 9 ), threo-1-( 4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl ) -2-{ 4-[ ( E ) -3-hydroxy-1-propenyl ] -2-methoxyphenoxy t -1,3-pro- panediol (10), tribulusamide A (11), and caffeic acid (12). Conclusion Compounds 1 -12 are obtained from this plant for the first time. Compounds 5 -10 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
