摘要
以对氯硝基苯和活性氟化钾等为原料 ,经二步法合成对氟苯胺。氟化反应中以环丁砜代替二甲基亚砜为溶剂 ,对氯硝基苯和活性氟化钾的摩尔比为 1 .0∶ 1 .1 ,于 1 75℃下反应 1 h,收率为 91 .7%。在乙醇溶剂中 ,以Raney Ni为催化剂 ,对氟硝基苯经催化加氢制得对氟苯胺 ,收率为 95 .8%。
pFluoroaniline was synthesized from pchloronitrobenzene, active potassium fluoride etc. by a twostep synthesis. The yield of pfluoroaniline was 91.7% under the optimum reaction condition. the molar ratio of pchloronitrobenzene to active potassium fluoride 1.0∶1.1, the temperature 175 ℃, the reaction time 1 h, and the solvent sulfolane instead of dimethyl sulfoxide. By application of the catalysis of Raney Ni, pfluoroaniline was obtained from pfluoronitrobenzene in alcohol with the yield 95.8%.
