摘要
在武器装备的产品更新换代设计中,原有的ROM芯片设计给数字电路设计开发带来了很大困难;结合具体电路提出了基于CPLD设计的小容量PROM数字电路设计方法,并详细介绍了开发过程;经后期试验验证表明了所使用的设计能够满足数字电路的设计要求,从而解决了老旧芯片替换难的问题;利用上述设计方法的对含有类似数字电路的开发问题提供了很好的借鉴作用。
In the renovation design of the weapons and equipment, it is a difficult to devise the original ROM chip for digital circuit design. In this paper, the design method of small capacity PROM based on CPLD is proposed, and the development process is introduced in detail. It is indicated that the method used can meet the design requirements through the validation of examination. The method has solved the difficult problem of the old chip replacement. The digital circuit is devised with the above method, which is a good reference to the exploitation of similar digital circuits.
