摘要
管理理论异化应用是导致管理理论外在效用降低和遭受质疑的重要因素之一,导致管理理论实践转化异化应用的主要原因包括:经营管理者私人收益动机、经营管理者的选择性偏好、企业任务环境压力和"机会主义成功"的带动效应等。要走出异化应用的困境应当引入行动科学机制,塑造变革型领导和建立学习型组织。
Alienation of management theory in application is one of the important factors that lead to external utility to reduce.The main reasons for alienation of management theory in application including: the private gains motivation for managers,the managers 'selective preference,enterprise-tasking environment pressure,and the 'opportunism' success of the alienation practice.Lastly,it is necessary for guarding against the alienation in application to introduce the mechanism of action science,develop the transformational leadership and establish the learning organization.
