摘要
利用UE均衡模型和排队论的方法 ,建立一种在交通事故状态下评价交通网络功效的模型。这种模型考虑了用户的动态交通属性 。
This paper proposes a model to evaluate the efficiency of a network during the accident state using user?equilibrium model and queuing theory, which has considered the users'dynamic transportation behavior. The importance of information in urban transportation network is revealed.
