摘要
科技期刊的编辑在具备某一学科知识的基础上,必须强化编辑业务知识和语文知识,其综合水平必须高于作者,并且体现在刊物的全部编辑过程之中。以封面、字体、图表为例,说明其美学特征在编辑体例中的重要性和实用性。
Trained in a special field, science editors must improve their knowledge in editing and language. Their know-how should be more adequate in the whole course of editing as compared to the authors. The importance of aesthetic characteristics in editing was examplified by the cover,type of characters,and tables and illustrations of the journal.
