摘要
为了适应企业家市场建设的需要 ,应用层次分析法和群组决策的基本原理 ,构造了企业家素质群组评估的递阶层次结构。按照FHW方法确定评估小组成员的权重系数 ,在仔细研究企业家素质结构的基础上 ,建立了企业家综合素质的评估模型。
Using the theories of AHP and Group Decision, the hierarchy framework of group evaluating about enterpriser's quality is established for the construction of enterpriser's market, and weights of evaluators are calculated according to FHW. The calculating method is given through analysing the makeup of enterpriser's requirement.
