摘要
讨论了在不同原铁水含硫量情况下RE残/S原 对球铁组织及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明 ,当S原 =0 .0 2 %时 ,在低RE残/S原 比值情况下可获得较好的组织和力学性能。当S原 =0 .0 1%时 ,球铁的组织和力学性能整体水平较高。当S原 =0 .0 4 %时 ,要得到较高的球化率和力学性能 ,RE残/S原 比值变大且残余稀土量范围变窄。
The influence of RE r/S o on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ductile irons with different sulfur contents is discussed. It is concluded that lower ratios of RE r/S o can obtain better microstructures and properties when the sulfur level is 0.02%; when the sulfur content in ductile iron is 0.01%, the average quality of microstructures and mechanical properties is higher; when the sulfur level is 0.04%, to obtain higher nodularity and better mechanical properties, the ratio of RE r/S o must be big and the range of residual RE must be narrow.
