摘要
提出以AutoCAD为平台 ,从二维零件图中获取零件几何形状信息 ,采用人机交互的方式输入工艺、刀具等信息 ,自动生成数控加工程序的自动编程系统。介绍了图形实体拓扑重构、加工信息的提取和加工过程模拟等技术。
The geometric information of mechanical parts is acquired from two dimension part drawings. After the information concerning techniques and tools has been put in through a person computer dialogue, the automatic programing system for the NC machining program is created using autoCAD. The topology reconstruction of part drawings, the way to obtain machining information and the technology of machining simulation are detailed.
