“国际化”还是“落地化”——追问我国高等教育发展进程中的梅佐乔诺陷阱 被引量:2

"To Be International"or"To Be Local" ——Questioning the Mezzogiorno Trap in Higher Education Development Process of China

摘要 以中央部属高校与地方省属高校为主的中国高等教育,正趋同于选择"国际化"的发展目标,各级财政也为此投入了大量的资金支持,但国际化效果始终难以企及世界一流大学。基于经济学中的"梅佐乔诺陷阱"概念,分析这种高投入低成效的发展状态得出结论:当前阶段,我国的高等教育不应过分追求形式上的国际化,而应做实人才培养目标分类,以支持部属行业背景及地方产业特色的"落地化"培养为主。 Development of China's current higher education was gradually tending to international which major represented by two level carriers of Central Ministry University and Local Province University.Although has given strong financial support by each levels of government,China's higher education quality could not achieve convergence with world-class university, whether it is for school results or quality of personnel training, always hold a second place.The effectiveness of such a high input but a low efficiency could be well explained by economics term of "Mezzogiorno Trap".The article analyzed the development reason why these two level universities chose to be"International"and seven associated higher education development traps which all because of felling to Mezzogiorno.We summarized the status of Middle Outcome'effect. At last gave out the conclusion: China's higher education should not overly tend to pursuit International superficially at current. Instead of that, talent training objectives should more tend support to the directions of ministry back ground and local industry characteristic.
