摘要
研究磷酸酯接枝淀粉的上浆性和环保性。采用自制的磷酸酯接枝淀粉对棉涤55/45混纺纱进行了上浆试验,测试了浆纱强伸性能、毛羽数、耐磨性和渗透、被覆性以及浆料的退浆率和BOD5/CODcr值,并与PVA浆料进行了对比。结果显示:与PVA浆纱相比,磷酸酯接枝淀粉浆出的棉涤纱增强率较高、减伸率较大、增磨率较低、毛羽降低率略高,环保性较好。认为磷酸酯接枝淀粉基本可取代PVA用于棉涤纱的上浆。
Sizing property and environmental protection of phosphate grafted starch were researched. Self-made phosphate grafted starch was used to size cotton polyester 55/45 blended yarn. Sized yarn strength and elongation, hairi- ness value,wear resistance,penetration and coating performance, desizing rate and BODJCODcr value were tested and contrasted to PVA. The result shows that compared to PVA, increase rate of the blended yarn sized by phosphate grafted starch is larger,the elongation decrease rate is larger, wear resistance increase rate is lower, hairiness decrease rate is higher slightly, the environmental protection is better. It is considered that phosphate grafted starch can be used to size cotton polyester blended yarn and replace PVA basically.
