摘要
由于大型工业设计项目的技术复杂、资金投入量大,项目实施过程中必然会存在许多风险。设计阶段对工程技术质量和建设成本的影响是非常巨大的,也是实现费用控制的重要手段和途径。文章从设计对大型工业项目投资的影响及在设计阶段投资费用的控制要点等角度,对大型工业项目设计中投资控制的优化措施进行了讨论,从而保证大型工业项目投资目标的顺利实现。
Because of the technical complexity and the large amount of capital investment in large industrial design projects, many risks will exist in the implementation process. The design stage is important for invest- ment control, and is the effective mean and way to achieve investment objectives. Based on the effect of the project design and crucial points of cost control in the design stage, optimization measures of the large-scale industrial project investment control are discussed in this article, and these measures can ensure the successful realization of the target of the investment in large industrial proiects.
