摘要
生物芯片是对生物样品进行高通量、快速分析和检测的一项高新技术,近年来发展迅速,在基础医学、生物学、微生物学和药学等领域已有广泛的应用。该文对生物芯片在中药研究领域的新进展作一综述。检索并归纳相关国内外文献,分别介绍了生物芯片技术在中药材鉴定、作用靶点和活性组分筛选、毒副作用及中药复方研究中的应用。生物芯片技术在中药研究方面有着乐观的应用和发展前景。该文同时也探讨了其存在的问题及探索性改进,以期为生物芯片技术在中药领域的研究和发展提供有价值的参考。
Biochip is a modern analytical technique coupled micro-fabrication with modern biotechnologies, which is characterizedby high-throughput ,rapidness,preciseness, parallelity, and automation in analyzing biological samples. It has been developed rapidly in recent years and widely used in the fields of life science such as basic medicine, biology, microbiology as well as pharmacy. Traditional Chinese medicines are attracting more and more attentions all over the world and playing an important role in health care. But it is still lack of the understanding of the molecular basis of its therapeutic effects. The recent applications of biochip in traditional Chinese medicine,including identification of Chinese herbal medicine, screening of targets and active ingredients, and researches of side-effect and toxicity as well as Chinese herbal compound are all reviewed here. Compared with traditional research methods, the advantages of biochip, such as reduced size, lower consumption of both reagents and energy, were high lighted briefly at the same time. The problems and improvements were also discussed in this article. It will provide a valuable reference for future researches in traditional Chinese medicine.
