摘要
近年来工业实时以太网已经成为一种主流工业通信技术,有成本低、性能高等诸多优点。针对目前电除尘控制系统中接口复杂、安装成本高、运行不稳定等问题,提出了一种基于确定性通信的实时以太网通信方案,使得电除尘控制节点能够和上位机直接连接,避免了频繁的总线转换;提出了一个基于FPGA的实现方案并在EPIC-Ⅲ系统中成功应用,实际运行表明该系统运行稳定可靠。
In recent years, the industrial real time and Ethernet have become one of the main industrial communication technologies with many strong-points of low cost and best capability. Aimed at the complex connection, high costs and un-stable operation in control system of electrical precipitator, the paper puts forward one communication program based on a certain com- munication real time and Ethernet, so that the electrical precipitation control nodes can connect up-machine, avoiding transform of the general line; puts forward the realization program based on FPGA and successful application in EPIC-II] system. The actual operation shows the system is in the state of stabilization and credibilitv.
