基于LabVIEW的电动空压机控制电路的仿真设计

摘要 针对空压机控制电路设计过程,提出基于LabVIEW软件的电路设计方法,仿真程序与外部信号交互以实现全功能仿真测试,设计成果可用于研制实际电路模块及全系统的模拟调试,克服了传统方法只适用于对单元电路进行仿真设计而无法进行全系统功能仿真的缺点。 Aimed at the design process of air compressor control circuit, a design method of circuit based on LabVIEW software was proposed. Using the method to emulate the control circuit modules of air compressor can realize the emulate testing of the entire function which the emulate program can contact with the external signals. The proposed method can be used in developing practical circuit modules and testing the control system. It can overcome the disadvantage of the traditional method, which was only suitable for the emulate design to the unit circuit instead of the function of the entire system.
