摘要
旨在了解家庭冰箱中的主要微生物种类及其致病风险。随机选取了5个家庭冰箱为研究对象,采用营养琼脂(NA)、马铃薯葡萄糖(PDA)和高氏1号培养基对冰箱内不同位置的微生物进行了采集和分离。通过16S rRNA、26S rRNA或ITS基因序列分析和扫描电镜观察形态对其进行了鉴定,共分离到细菌84株和真菌74株。研究结果表明,家庭冰箱中的细菌主要以芽孢杆菌(Bacillus)、葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus)、库克氏菌(Kocuria)和假单胞菌(Pseudomonas)属的菌株为主。真菌则以枝孢菌(Cladosporium)、曲霉(Aspergillus)和青霉(Penicillium)属的霉菌为主。家庭冰箱中的致病菌主要为葡萄球菌,其他致病菌分布则较为随机。家庭冰箱中存在着种类丰富的细菌和真菌。葡萄球菌的污染较为普遍,冰箱的安全问题应引起足够的重视。
It was to understand microbial species and their pathogenic risk in domestic refrigerator. Five domestic refrigerators were randomly selected, from different positions of which bacteria and fungi were isolated using media of nutrition agar ( NA ) , potato dextrose agar ( PDA ) and Gause' s No.1. The isolates were identified by 16S rRNA gene, 26S rRNA gene or ITS sequences analysis and morphological characteristics observation using the scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) . Total of 84 bacterial and 74 fungal strains were isolated. Most of bacteria belonged to the genera of Bacillus, Staphylococcus, Kocuria and Pseudomonas. Fungal strains mainly belonged to the genera of Cladosporium, Aspergillus and PeniciUium. Pathogenic microbes in domestic refrigerators were mainly composed of the strains in Staphylococcus, while others distributed randomly. Variety of bacteria and fungi existed in domestic refrigerators. Domestic refrigerators were mainly contaminated by Staphylococcus. The safe problem of domestic refrigerator should be taken seriously enough.
