摘要
利用Collins衍射积分公式对三维平顶高斯光束通过有中心遮拦的矩形环状光阑的传输特性进行了详细研究。对菲涅耳衍射和夫琅和费衍射的数值计算结果表明 ,遮拦比e和截断参数δ对其光强分布和远场能量 (功率 )集中度有影响。
The propagation properties of three-dimensional flattened Gaussian beams passing through a rectangular annular aperture with a central obscuration have been studied in detail using Collins diffraction integr al formula. Numerical calculation results of both Fresnel and Fraunhofer diffrac tions have shown the dependence of their intensity distributions and power (ener gy) focusability in the far-field on the obscure ratio e and truncation p arameter δ .
