摘要
目的 探讨我市食管癌发病的危险因素。方法 采用 1:1配对病例对照研究筛选食管癌发病危险因素 ,共调查病例及对照 10 0对。结果 单因素分析 :食管癌家族史、血HBsAg阳性 ,生活在温饱线下 ,长期患牙病、吸水烟、饮酒、三餐不定时 ,进食过快、过烫、常食腌菜、咸鱼肉、重大精神刺激、常生闷气 ,O型血共 14项与食癌有关。条件Logistic回归分析 :食管癌家族史、血HBsAg阳性、生活在温饱线下、进食过快、常生闷气 ,O型血共 6项被选入。结论 遗传因素、HBV感染、生活水平低下 ,进食过快、心理障碍可能是本地区食管癌发病主要危险因素。
Objective To study the risk factors of esophageal cancer in Rugao Jiangsu.Methods A 1∶1 matched casecontrol study was conducted to investigate the risk factors for esophageal cancer TOtally,100 matched pairs were invesrigated.Results Single-factor analysis indicated that there were significant associations between occurrence of esophageal cancer and familial history of esophageal cancer,positive serum ,HBsAg,poverty,dentinalgia for long period,smoking watery tobacco,alcohol drinking,taking meals at irregular times,fast eating,hot food,pickled vegetables and fish or meat,being serious stimulation in mental,frequent sulking and blood group 0.Condition logistic regression analysis showed that famililal history of esophageal cancer positive serum HBsAg,poverty,fast eating,frequent sulking and blood group 0 were included.Conclusion Inheritant factor,infection of HBV,poverty,fast eating,psychogenic disorders may play important roles in the etiology of esophageal cancer,blood group 0 may have protective effect on it.
