关节镜下肘关节游离体取出5例报道

摘要 目的探讨关节镜下肘关节游离体取出术的临床应用。方法 2007年5月至2009年5月行肘关节镜术5例,采用改良HSS肘关节评分作为疗效评定标准,随访6～26个月,平均12.5个月。结果 5例中优4例,良1例,优良率为100%,无明显并发症。结论肘关节镜下游离体取出具有微创伤、康复快、疗程短、功能改善确切等优点,诊断与治疗并行,临床效果令人满意,选择入路及规范操作是提高疗效、减少并发症的关键。
