摘要
肿瘤受体显像研究包括放射性标记配体的制备、配体与受体的体外分析及体内受体显像 ,肿瘤受体配体可用 1 8F、1 2 3 I(或 1 31 I)、1 1 1 In与 99Tcm标记 ,通过放射性受体结合分析、放射性自显影与受体特性分析 ,对其体外性能进行研究。神经多肽受体显像、类固醇受体显像与σ受体显像等已应用于多种肿瘤的诊断、分期、治疗方案选择与预后评价 。
Investigations on tumor receptor imaging include the preparation of radioligands, in vitro assays and in vivo receptor imaging. Ligands for tumor receptor imaging has been labeled by 18 F 、 123 I (or 131 I )、 111 In or 99 Tc m . In vitro assays can be performed by radioligand binding, autoradiography and receptor identification. Tumor receptor imaging such as neuropeptide receptor imaging, steroid receptor imaging and sigma receptor imaging has been used for diagnosis, staging, therapy strategy and prognosis of a wide range of tumors, of which the most widely studied was neuropeptide receptor imaging.
