摘要
目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声（ＣＤＦＩ）在恒河猴生殖生理研究中的应用。方法：将１３只雌性恒河猴分成３组，运用ＣＤＦＩ检测恒河猴的宫体大小、子宫内膜厚度随不同季节的变化情况。结果：①ＣＤＦＩ检测生殖季节恒河猴子宫内膜厚度在月经周期中的变化，并结合个体月经史可指导恒河猴交配；②ＣＤＦＩ能简便、有效地对恒河猴早孕进行诊断；③ＣＤＦＩ对已交配恒河猴的阴道流血能进行正常月经、早期妊娠、先兆性流产的鉴别诊断。结论：ＣＤＦＩ能为恒河猴的生殖生理研究提供可靠指标。
Objective To investigate the use of Color Doppler ultrasonography(CDFI) in the study of the reproductive physi- ology of macaques. Methods CDFI was used to determine the uterine size and endometria thickness of 13 female macaques divided into 3 groups Results (l )CDFI examination on the changes of thickness of macaque endometria in their menstrual cycles, along with indi- vidual menstruation history, could be used to guide macaque mating; (2) CDFI provided simplified and effective diagnosis of macaque early pregnancy; (3) CDFI could be used to diagnose and determine the possible causes for voginal bleeding of mated female macaque - regular menstrution, early pregnancy, or threatened abortion. Conclusion CDFI provided reliable indicators for the study on the re- productive physiology of macaques.
