摘要
目的:探讨HPLC法测定胃药胶囊中芍药苷的含量效果。方法:选择Kro-masilC18柱,乙腈-6mmol/LKH2P04溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长选定230nm。结果:芍药苷15.168～303.36μg/ml,0.303～6.067μg范围内呈良好的线性关系。5批成品芍药苷的平均含量0.866%。结论:HPLC法测定胃药胶囊中芍药苷方法可靠,准确度高,重现性好适合于胃药胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定。
Objective： To research the assaying result of content of paeoniflorin in stomach medicine capsules with HPLC method. Method： Select Kromasil C18 column, aeetonitrile - 6mmol/LKH2P04 solution to conduct gradient elution, the measurement wavelength is set to 230nm. Result ： The paeoniflofin shows a good linear relation within the range of 15. 168 - 303. 36μg/ml and 0. 303 - 6. 067μg. The average content of 5 finished paeoniflorins is 0. 866%. Conclusion：Tbe method to assay paeoniflorin in stomach medicine capsules is reliable and accurate; the good reproducibility suits the content assay on paeoniflorin in stomach medicine capsules.
