摘要
目的探讨单皮质铜板固定治疗胫骨骨折髓内钉内固定术后骨不连的疗效。方法收治17例胫骨骨折髓内钉内固定术后骨不连患者，均接受单皮质钢板内固定手术。结果17例患者获得6～39个月（平均21个月）随访，骨折均骨性愈合，愈合时间4-10个月，术后12-21个月取出髓内钉及钢板，未出现断钉及再骨折。结论单皮质钢板固定治疗胫骨骨折髓内钉内固定术后骨不连，操作简单、创伤较小、疗效较可靠，是一种有效的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of single cortical plate fixation of tibial fractures intramedullary nail fixation for nonunion.Method in January 2008 to 2011 September were tibial fractures intramedullary nail fixation of the nonunion patients,a total of 17 cases of acceptance unicortical plate fixation surgery,including 11 males and 6 females,age 27-56 years old,average 37.5 years old.Results in 17 patients 6 to 39 （mean 21 months） follow-up,the fractures were bone healing,the healing time of 4-10 months,after 12 to 21 months to remove the intramedullary nail and steel,does not appear broken nails and re-fracture. Conclusion single cortical plate fixation of tibial fracture nonunion after internal fixation of the intramedullary nail,simple opera- tion,less invasive and more reliable,efficacy,is an effective treatment.
