摘要
以麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱为化学成分指标 ,以豚鼠离体气管的舒张率变化试验为药效学指标 ,对中药麻黄 6种提取方法 (水煎法、冷浸法、微波法、超声波法、冷冻渗漉法、动态温浸法 )进行平行比较研究。结果表明 ,以水为溶剂 ,动态温浸法的浸提效果最好。
With ephedrine and pseudoephedrine as the indexes of the chemical components and with the change test of the diastolic rate in the isolated trachea of guinea pigs as the pharmacodynamic index,the parallel comparative study was undertaken in the six extraction methods(water decoction,cold maceration,microwave,ultrasonic wave,freezing percolation,dynamic warm maceration)for Herba Ephedrae.The results showed that the extracting effect was best in the dynamic warm maceration with water as a solvent.
