摘要
当前大学生在人际交往中或多或少存在一定的心理障碍 .他们对于友谊的理解、朋友的选择、交往中的期待 ,存在着不成熟、非理性的一面 .由此形成交往欲强 ,而交往能力低的矛盾 .本文通过大学生人际交往中的心理特征进行分析 ,并提出其克服的方法 .旨在使大学生克服其心理障碍 ,达到自我完善 ,以提高人际交往能力 .
At present, there are more or less psychological obstacles existing in the interaction of college students. They still hold an immature and irrational attitude toward the comprehension of friendship, the option of friends and the expectation of social interaction, which consequently form a sharp contradiction between their strong desire of making friends and their low ability in communication. The author puts forward a series of measures to overcome such obstacles by analyzing the psychological characteristics of the college students. The essay aims at helping college students overcome the psychological obstacles so as to achieve self development and improve their abilities in interaction.
