摘要
用Ellman法建立了用于农药的乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)抑制剂的离体酶筛选方法.另外,本研究结果还表明：离体与活体等多种方法的对比研究是构效关系数据库资料积累的现阶段切实可行的方法.
Based on Ellman＇s method we have established a new method to screen acetylocholinesterase (AchE) inhibitor as potent pesticide in vitro． And this method shows high sensitivity． In addition, the result indicates that at present the practical way to obtain valuable data on the relation between the structure and function of a compound is to study both in vitro and in vivo and then analyze these data comprehensively．
