摘要
硫酸依替米星用于骨科手术后抗感染治疗 2 6 5 5例 ,其中单用 5 79例 (0 .1g静脉滴注 ,bid,5～14d) ,有效率 96 .9% ,无效 3.1%。联合头孢菌素类或青霉素类 2 0 76例 ,有效率 99.4% ,无效 0 .6 %。细菌培养330次 ,392株菌中 ,耐药 2 3株 ,耐药率 5 .9% ,12株对庆大霉素、阿半卡星、奈替米星耐药者仍有效。不良反应 ,皮疹 6例 ,耳鸣 1例。结果显示 ,硫酸依替米星是一种有效的抗生素 ,联用效果亦佳。
To evaluate the use of etimicin sulfate in the treatment of orthopedic post operative infections. 579 orthopedic post operative partients were treated with etimicin sulfate only (0.1g, iv gtt, bid, 5~14d) while the other 2076 patients were treated with combination of etimicin sulfate (0.1g, iv gtt, bid) and cephalosporins or penicillins. Results: In patients treated with etimicin sulfate only, 561(96.9%) were successful, 18 (3.1%) were failed;while 2064(99.4%) patients treated with combination of the two drugs were successful, only 12(0.6%) were failed. About 392 bacterial strains were isolated from 330 cases; Among those, 23(5.9%) were drug resistance and some 12 bacterial strains which had been resistant to gentmation, amikacin sulfate and netilmicin sulfate were still sensitive to etimicin sulfate. Side effects: Six patients had rash while other one had tinnitus. Conclusions: Etimicin sulfate is an effective bactericide in the treatment of orthopedic post operative infection, and combinated with cephalosporins or penicillins can enhance the bactericidal effect.
