摘要
基于整合的TAM/TTF模型,通过定义任务特性、资源内容特性、资源构建特性、用户特性、图书馆认知等一系列对学科服务利用行为产生影响的因素及其相互关系,构建了一个用于分析与预测用户学科服务采纳利用行为的整合理论模型;采用基于该模型的调查问卷方式,分别从教师与学生不同维度对其进行了验证,并探究不同因素对教师及学生的学科服务采纳利用行为的作用机制及各因素的影响力权重,最后给出结论并归纳本研究存在的问题。
Based on the integration of technology acceptance model (TAM)and task-technology fit model (TYF), this paper establishes an integrated theoretic model used for analyzing and forecasting users' behaviors of accepting and utilizing subject service through defining a series of factors influencing the behaviors of utilizing the subject service such as the task characteristics, resource content characteristics, resource construction characteristics, user characteristics, and library cognition,etc, and their interrelations; and adopting questionnaire survey based on this model, makes the verification of it from the different dimensions of teachers and students respectively, and probes into the functional mechanism of different factors on teachers' and influence weight of each factor, and finally draws students' behaviors of adopting and utilizing the subject service and the the conclusion and sums up some problems existing in this research.
