摘要
针对长庆超低渗透油藏油井普遍存在的产液量偏低、泵效与系统效率低以及定向井管杆偏磨等问题,开展了井下直线电机无杆采油现场试验,并根据现场生产管理需求,开展了工况诊断、远程管理与控制、井筒清防蜡等采油配套技术研究,进一步完善了直线电机无杆采油技术,为实现超低渗透油藏经济有效开发、提高数字化管理水平提供了新的技术思路。
In consideration of problems of low fluid production,low pump efficiency and low effect of pumping system and eccentric wear in ultra-low permeability reservoirs of Changqing Oilfield,field tests of rodless pumping production of the downhole linear motors were carried out.In accordance with the demands of field production management,matching techniques of diagnosis,remote management and control,the wax removal in wellbore are studied,by which the rodless pumping production of linear motor is further improved,it provides new technical ideas to achieve economic and effective development of ultra-low permeability reservoirs and improve the level of digital management.
