摘要
《食品安全国家标准蒸馏酒及其配制酒》(GB2757—2012)新标准将于2013年2月1日实施。与旧版相比,新版标准中对部分术语和定义、某些物质的限量标准及其标签标示等内容进行了一定的修改及补充。对新旧标准进行解读比较,以求全面理解新标准。
"National Food Safety Standards: Distilled spirits and formulated spirits"(GB2757-2012) will be carried out on February 1, 2013. Some revision and supplement have been made for some terms and definitions, and the limit standards and tags of some substances in the new standards. In this paper, the interpretation and the comparison between old standards and new standards had been made for full understanding of the new standards.
