摘要
目的探讨肛管直肠及阴道黑色素瘤的MRI影像特点。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的14例肛管直肠及阴道黑色素瘤的MRI影像特点。结果原发性肛管直肠黑色素瘤7例，阴道黑色素瘤7例、全部病例均行MRI检查，呈短或稍短T1、短或稍长T2信号。结论MRI有助于肛管直肠及阴道黑色素瘤的诊断，
Objective To exlore the MRI imaging characteristies of anoreetal and vaginal malignant melanoma.Methods MR images of 14 patients who suffered from malignant melanoma were retrospeetively studied.Results There were seven cases of anoreetal malignant melanoma （ARMM） and seven cases of vaginal malignant melanoma.All of them were examined by MRI.Show sligthtly short or short T1 signals and short or sligthtly long T1 signal.Conclusion There are some special characteristics of melanoma on the MR imaging.
