摘要
从我国个人住房抵押贷款的现状谈起 ,指出了我国目前个人住房抵押贷款存在的一些问题 .并提出了发展及完善个人住房抵押贷款的对策 .
In this article,the author starts from the present situation of fiancing for personal residential mortgage and point out some problems in it,at last,the author gives his views and proposals about developing and peufecting the market of fiancing for personal residential mortgage.Its aim is to make our country personal residential mortgage develop forward with high and steadily speed along the healthy road.
