摘要
人事档案工作是人才建设的大事,关系到人才培养、使用、引进和分流,实际上关系到医药卫生事业的发展。为了加强医学科研院所人事档案的科学管理,为选人、用人提供优质、快捷的服务,作者结合近年来人事档案管理工作中的实践经验,提出了优化医学科研院所人事档案管理工作的一些建议。
Personnel archives work is the talent construction event, related to the personnel training, using, introducing and shunting, actually related to the development of medicine and public health. In order to strengthen the personnel archives scientific management of a medical research institution, provide a shortcut service with high quality for it＇s human resources. Followed the practice in the field of personnel file management recent years, the author put forward some of the recommendations to optimize the personnel archives management work for medical research institute.
