微创治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究进展 被引量:37

摘要 腰椎间盘突出症是脊柱外科的一种常见病、多发病,即使诊断明确,也要根据患者的具体情况选择治疗方案,目前临床上主要治疗方法有保守治疗、手术治疗、微创治疗等。80%~90%的患者可在非手术治疗后缓解,但仍有10%~20%的患者需要手术治疗。而随着科学技术、医学水平的迅速发展,微创治疗成为脊柱外科治疗腰间盘突出症的趋势,以其损伤小、效果好、恢复快等优势成为脊柱外科的发展方向之一。微创治疗腰椎间盘突出症的主要方法有经皮腰椎间盘化学溶核术、经皮腰椎间盘摘除术、显微镜内窥镜椎间盘摘除术、腹腔镜下腰椎间盘摘除术、经皮穿刺椎间盘内臭氧注射法、射频消融髓核成形术等,笔者在临床中对各种方法进行了细致的研究,认为每种方法各具所长,应针对不同的患者给予不同的治疗方法,才能达到最佳的治疗效果,为给同行提供更好的研究方向方法,本文对微创治疗腰间盘突出症的研究进展做一综述。 Lumbar disc herniation is a common disease frequently-occurring disease, in spinal surgery, even when the diagnosis clear, according to the specific circumstances of the patients choosing treatment options, at present the main clinical treatment methods: conservative treatment, operation treatment, minimally invasive therapy. 80%-90% patients in non operation therapy after remission, but still have 10%-20% patients need operation treatment. But with the de- velopment of science and technology, the rapid development of the medical level, minimally invasive treatment of a spinal surgery treatment waist intervertebral disc prominent trend, with its little injury, quick recovery, good effect and other advantages to become the development direction of spine surgery. Minimally invasive treatment of lumbar disc herniation methods mainly include percutaneous lumbar discchemonucleolysis,percutaneous lumbar discectomy, micro- scopic endoscopic discectomy, laparoscopic lumbar discectomy, percutaneous intradiscal ozone injection method, ra- diofrequency ablation of nucleus forming operation, the author in the clinical on various methods of the meticulous re- search, think each method has its own director, should be aimed at different patients given different treatment methods, in order to achieve the best therapeutic effect, for the peer provide better research methods, this article on the minimally invasive treatment of lumbar disc herniation review the progress in the research of.
