经前路病灶清除一期植骨椎体钉内固定术治疗腰椎间隙感染16例疗效分析

摘要 目的评价经前路病灶清除一期植骨椎体钉内固定术治疗腰椎间隙感染的中远期疗效。方法回顾性分析2006年3月至2012年5月经前路病灶清除一期植骨椎体钉内固定术治疗的16例腰椎间隙感染患者的临床资料，总结分析临床治愈率、实验室指标、影像学检查及神经功能恢复情况。结果经术后3—36个月（平均22．5个月）的随访，16例患者疼痛症状均在1周内迅速改善，植骨均融合，病变腰椎间隙高度恢复，无内固定装置松动或断裂，相关实验室指标恢复正常，未观察到明确的手术并发症。结论经前路病灶清除一期植骨椎体钉内固定术治疗腰椎间隙感染疗效确切，且具有对病灶清除彻底、对后方的脊髓及神经干扰较小、不影响后柱的稳定性及症状改善快等优点。
