摘要
电梯系统风险评价是提高电梯运行安全的有效方法之一．本文结合系统风险评价方法及特种设备系统风险评价方法研究情况．对比分析得出电梯系统风险评价存在的现状问题。鉴于电梯系统的结构复杂性及使用过程的特殊性．从设计、制造到报废的全寿命周期的各个过程出发，建立有效评价方法对系统整体风险进行分析。分析其每个过程的风险隐患影响因素，建立有效评价指标体系．可以得出电梯系统风险。评价方法的建立和使用对于以风险大小对电梯分类管理和检验工作具有指导作用。
Risk assessment for elevator and escalator is one of the good measurements to enhance its reliability and safety. This paper combines the systematic risk assessment method with special equipment＇s state of art of risk analysis; try to summarize the still existing problem for risk assessment of elevator. Due to the complex of construction and working principle for elevator and escalator, the risk assessment should take into consideration of the whole life range of elevator from starting design to removed from the scene, the effective assessment procedure must to be established. All the risk item must to be taken into consideration, then the risk of elevator can be obtained. The establishment of risk assessment for elevator will help to optimize the management of elevator and provide guidance for inspector of elevator.
