摘要
目的观察通过开展“五四三二一”护理服务新模式对老年2型糖尿病合并炎性感染病变患者生活质量的影响。方法将符合ADA诊断标准的100例合并炎性感染的老年2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象，并于入院当日在完善各项检查治疗及常规护理服务的基础上，采用A—DQOL对患者的生活质量进行评估。然后逐项实施“五四三二一”护理服务新模式的内容，实施的时间为患者住院治疗的全过程，并保证每位患者出院后，由专人家庭随访，随访时间3个月，随访结束，再次采用A—DQOL对患者的生活质量进行评估。比较“五四三二一”护理服务模式开展前后患者生活质量的改善情况。结果“五四三二一”护理服务新模式开展前后，患者生活质量各维度测评结果比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论开展实施“五四三二一”护理服务新模式，可有效改善和提高老年2型糖尿病合并炎性感染病变患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of ＂ 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1＂ nursing service new model on the life quality of the elderly pa- tients with type 2 diabetes combined with inflammatory infection. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes combined with inflammatory infection were selected as a research object. The A - DQOL was used to assess the life quality of patients. The ＂ 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1＂ nursing service new model was implemented term by term during the hospitalization days. After follow - up was done for 3 months, the life quality was assessed by the A - DQOL again. Results There was significant difference in the all dimensions of life quality of the pa- tients before and after carrying on the new nursing model. Conclusions The ＂ 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1＂ nursing service new model can effectively improve and enhance the quality of life of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes combined with inflammatory infection
