摘要
根据“北京宪章”提出的认识时代的要求 ,分析了知识经济的时代特点、高新技术和观念变化对建筑设计和建筑事业的要求和促进 ,以期做好当前工作并进行知识储备 。
The epoch characteristics and the high and new technologies and the concept transformations in the epoch of knowledge economy are analyzed by the request to understand the epoch in the Beijing Charter of UIA,they will accelerate and reform the architectural design and the building career in the future and the task and the knowledge preparing at present in order to salute the new epoch.
