摘要
采用热处理的方法,使氮原子进入到 RTiFe_(11)(R=Y,Nd,Sm)的结构中去.利用 x 射线衍射和磁测量研究了 RTiFe_(11)N_x 的晶体结构和内禀磁性.x 射线衍射表明 RTiFe_(11)N_x 仍保持 RTiFe_(11)的四方结构(I4/mmm).氮原子的加入使晶胞体织增大,Curie 温度升高,改变了磁晶各向异性.在 RTiFe_(11)N_x 化合物中,NdTiFe_(11)N_x的饱和磁化强度高,Curie 温度高,有高单轴磁晶各向异性.这些效应使 NdTiFe_(11)N_x具备了研制高矫顽力永磁体的潜力.
The absorption of nitrogen in ternary compounds of the type RTiFe_(11) has been studied,where R=Y,Nd,Sm.X-ray diffraction showed that the tetragonal structure(I4/mmm)is retained but that the unit cell volume is slightly increased.Furthermore,nitrogen absorption both increases the Curie temperature,and gives rise to a drastic changing of magnetocrystalline anisotropy in RTiFe_(11)N_x compounds.Among them,NdTiFe_(11)Nx now has high mag- netization,high Curie temperature and easy axis magnetocrytalline anisotropy potentially suitable for permanent magnet applications.
