摘要
本文首次提出利用网络节点法对实用化半导体激光器(LD)组件的电路模型进行较为详细的分析,并建立了一套通用软件.利用该方法,可以很容易地得到LD 组件的频响能力,并找出影响频响的主要因素.
In this paper,using the network nodal method,we analyse the circuit model of practical semiconductor laser diode(LD)module in details for the first time,and set up the common software.So,we can get the frequency response abilitity of LD module easily and find the major factor of affecting the frequency response.
