摘要
本文介绍用点滴法、药膜法测定Radaleum - 2 0对竹长蠹的毒力、毒效试验。点滴法结果表明 :Radaleum - 2 0对竹长蠹的LD50 为 0 1 6 37μg 头 ,LC50 为32 7 4ppm ;药膜法做接触毒性试验结果表明 :1 2 5 %和 1 5 0 %浓度组用药 2小时既出现击倒、麻痹作用 ,3小时后出现死亡。 1 5 0 %浓度组试虫 7天后全部死亡。1 2 5 %浓度组试虫 9天后全部死亡。全部试验结果表明 :Radaleum - 2 0对竹长蠹具有快速击倒作用及较强的触杀作用。
The article introduces two test method-drop method and thin film of Radaleum-20 method which is used for determination the toxicity of Radaleum-20 in the laboratory. The result of the drop method showed that the LD 50 for Radaleum-20 to Dinoderus minutus Fabricius was 0 1637μg,and LC 50 was 327 4ppm in 24 hours.The result of the second method showed that the adults of Dinoderus Minutus Fabricius.treated with 1 5% Conc. of Radaleum-20 and 1 25% Conc. of Radaleum-20 appear fall down and paralysis only after 2 hours,and after 3 hours above adults appear death.And above two conc.could kill whole the adults within 7 days and 9 days resp. Conclusion:the results of the two tests showed that Radaleum-20 had good contact toxicity on the adults of Dinoderus minutus Fabricius. And it is a good pesticide.
